Re: Our experience with Mrs. Bajan (realtor Nothnagle of Livonia)

We started out looking for vacation property in the area of Livingston County.

We were renters at the time. The listing on some property was her listing. We went and looked at some lots and land.

That was in the beginning of June. Little did we realize that Mrs. Bajan would lead us to the home of our dreams.

We had discussed lots for sale and putting a manufactured home on that parcel. We really did not have a clue that we would find exactly what we were looking for.

She had pointed out that buying a parcel of land and then everything that would go along with it: i.e. Putting electric, water, sewer etc would be time consuming, when we could have a home already built in the area that we wanted and within our budget.

She showed us a listing in Avon that had just listed and suggested we drive by and take a look from the outside. We fell in love with just the outside. We therefore, asked if we could have an appointment to see the inside. We did and liked it very much. My husband swore we were just looking. By the time we got out to the car he said “I want to put an offer on it”. This was much to my amazement. We put an offer in 3 days after it listed. They accepted our offer and from start to finish closing was from June 12, 2006 to close date August 23, 2006.

We are so grateful to her for nudging us to make the decision to buy a home instead of continuing to rent and have vacation property. Also to buy a home all ready in existence so we did not have to go through all the zoning, landscaping and all the other stuff that would have been needed.

So from start to finish of looking to owning our dream house was less than three months. I am so glad that she asked questions and really spent time with us to find out what we actually wanted.
